 OUR INSPECTION PROCESS

A DISCIPLINED APPROACH BUILT FOR INSPECTIONS

At Carve Aerial, inspections are approached as a structured process.

Our process reflects the realities of construction and industrial environments, where access constraints, safety considerations, and data quality directly affect outcomes.

1 | PRE-INSPECTION PLANNING

Every inspection begins with a clear understanding of the asset, site conditions, and inspection objectives.

Pre-inspection planning includes:

  • scope and asset review

  • site access and operational considerations

  • safety and risk assessment

  • flight planning and data requirements

This stage ensures inspections are conducted efficiently, safely, and with purpose.

2 | ON-SITE EXECUTION

Inspections are conducted with a focus on safety, control, and consistency.

On site, we:

  • operate within established safety and regulatory requirements

  • minimize disruption to active operations

  • follow defined flight and data-capture plans

  • adapt to site conditions without compromising data quality

The objective is clear, repeatable data capture without introducing unnecessary risk.

3 | DATA CAPTURE & QUALITY CONTROL

Data is captured with discipline to ensure clarity, consistency, and reliability.

This includes:

  • controlled flight paths

  • consistent perspectives and coverage

  • visual and thermal capture where applicable

  • immediate quality review during operations

Quality control at this stage reduces the need for re-inspection and ensures the data supports meaningful assessment.

4 | REVIEW & ORGANIZATION

Captured data is reviewed, organized, and prepared for delivery.

This step focuses on:

  • clarity and usability

  • alignment with inspection objectives

  • accurate documentation of observed conditions

The goal is to provide inspection outputs that are easy to interpret and practical to use.

5 | DELIVERY & ONGOING SUPPORT

Inspection deliverables are provided in a clear, structured format suitable for internal review, reporting, or documentation.

Where required, we support:

  • follow-up clarification

  • repeat inspections

  • ongoing monitoring programs

Our role is to support informed decisions — not just provide imagery.

This process is applied consistently across all inspection services, ensuring each engagement meets the same standards for safety, accuracy, and reliability.
